Upon submitting an order online you will receive an order number. If you change your mind and wish to have the order cancelled you will need to email us by 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time at email@example.com
and request the cancellation. If the order has already been processed/packed, we cannot recall items already shipped out of our warehouse. Orders already shipped out cannot be cancelled mid-transit. Orders that are refused will not
be credited back to your card and our Arrive Alive Guarantee will be revoked on refused orders.
We DO NOT allow the return of livestock or synthetic corals. This is done to protect the lives of the fish and animals, which have no chance of survival unless, packaged properly, including the use of oxygen. Therefore please use our Compatibility Chart
and find the livestock that is compatible in your tank and make your selection wisely. Product returns cannot be accepted under any circumstances. No refund will be issue.

are subject to the following condition:A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by FreshMarine must accompany all returns. The RMA Number must be included on the outside label of every shipping box. We cannot process returns without this number.
All drygoods and aquarium supplies are subject to a 35% restocking fee and must be unopened and in re-sellable condition.
Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
